Reference - Philippians 2: 5 - 8
Though we are each born with our own identity, personalities and goals we should remember that we are servants and should
desire to be loyal servants through God who enables us to do so. We should not individually attempt to be like Him because we can’t; it’s spiritually impossible. It’s two spirits with totally different wills and intentions attempting to inhabit a single body.
We are born with sin and thus our bodies and mind are naturally inclined towards self-fulfillment. When we let God inhabit our lives, all that we once struggled with will seem vain, funny even, though it does need some degree of discipline.
Funny how it works huh, we need discipline to do something with ease.
